@Akincan_Akulker how is your thesis going and do you have an initial results to report? I am curious to hear if you have any updates on an iterated foil design/cross sectional profile.
@Jam have you tried to incorporate that smaller foil at the mast top? While I like this idea, I can only image you would face issues at higher speeds.
As I would like to build and experiment with wings, I am still looking for the best airfoil to use. I wanted to start with a RG 15, with 8,9% thickness. But then I found that Eppler has a special hydrofoil airfol called E818. Did anybody used this already?
E817 thinned down from 11% to 7 or 8% (= E818 with less reflex = less drag) has been massively used with stabilisers in kitefoils since 2010.

Why is dihedral so terrible for efoiling? Should increase roll stability, albeit at the cost of some control.
