It’s been a while ago but i see a basic question:
is motor locked with phase wires not connected to anything —> large motor winding short or locked mechanically
Or
Motor locked only when ESC connected —> ESC shorted
Or
Motor not locked but not turning properly when driven by ESC —> small winding short causing ESC malfunction or ESC broken
Judging by the pics this motor looks ready to be replaced anyway.
